摘要
通过对风积砂的取样和试验,分析风积砂似膏体料浆的反应机理,再通过试验研究不同风积砂和辅料掺量对充填材料特性的影响。试验结果表明:风积砂主要成分为SiO2和Al2O3,粒径级配不良,随着风积砂掺量的增加,充填体的表观密度增加23.4%,材料成本下降至93元/m3,降低了25.6%;随着辅料掺量的增加,充填体28 d强度增加59.4%,结石率增加至109.5%,增加了23%,充填体表现为微膨胀。
By sampling and testing of aeolian sand the reaction mechanism of paste-like stowing slurry is analyzed. The experimental study on material properties by different aeolian sand and auxiliary material content. The experimental results indicate that the main components of aeolian sand is SiO2 and Al2O3,with the increase in dosage of aeolian sand,the density of stowing material increased by 23.4%,the cost of stowing materials fell to 93 yuan/m3,reduced by 25.6%;with the increase in dosage of auxiliary gelatinization material,the 28 d strength of material increased by 59.4%,the stone rate of stowing materials increased to 109.5%,increased 23%,the stowing material is expressed as micro expansion.
