摘要
采用有限体积法对厚煤层煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出规律进行了数值模拟,得到不同条件下煤壁煤体瓦斯压力分布与煤壁瓦斯涌出速率。根据数值模拟结果,采用数据拟合曲线方式得到煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率公式。在此基础上得出在厚煤层煤巷掘进过程中煤巷煤壁瓦斯涌出速率公式。研究结果表明,厚煤层煤巷掘进过程中煤壁瓦斯涌出速率与煤层条件和煤巷掘进速度密切相关,对控制矿井瓦斯涌出量具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at laws of gas emission of coal wall in the roadway of thick seam,finite volume method was applied to simulate the distribution of coal gas pressure in the coal wall and the gas emission rate of coal wall with different conditions of coal seam. According to the results, the formula of gas emission rate of coal wall in the roadway is obtained by data fitting curve.The formula of gas emission rate of coal wall in the process of coal roadway driving is deduced based on the formula of gas emission rate of coal wall in the roadway. The research result shows that gas emission rate of coal wall in the process of coal roadway driving is closely related to driving speed and conditions of coal seam,and has a guiding significance for the control of mine gas emission.
