竹林山煤矿1321大采高综采工作面初次放顶技术实践 被引量:3

摘要 阳泰集团竹林山煤矿1300采区3#煤层顶板为黑色炭质泥岩,坚硬,若采用直接垮落法容易形成大距离悬顶,导致初次来压的强度过大而造成灾害。针对采区内这种特殊顶板,提出采用深孔预裂爆破,强制放顶技术,通过安排合理的炮眼布置方式及爆破方式,减小了初次来压步距,保证了工作面的安全回采。通过对爆破结果的分析,1321大采高综采工作面放顶技术效果良好,为今后采区内其他工作面的放顶工作提供了可靠的依据。 The 3#coal seam roof of 1300 mining area in Bamboo forest coal Yangtai group is black and hard carbonaceous mudstone,if using direct caving method, it's easy to form large overhang,and the result of the first pressure intensity is too large and cause disasters.The for mine mining area within the special roof, deep hole pre-splitting blasting is presented, the forced caving technology, through the reasonable arrangement of hole arrangement and blasting method, reduced the first weighting interval,and guarantee the safety mining of working face. Through the analysis of the blasting result, the caving technology of 1321 high thickness fully mechanized face obtained the good effect, and provide reliable experience for the future mining caving working face in other work.
