薄煤层综采工作面液压支架适应性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为分析评价ZY5000/09/20型液压支架在422工作面的适应性,给安全生产提出合理的建议。将工作面支架分3个测区,通过综采记录仪对井下液压支架工作阻力数据进行采集、分组整理,对工作面支架工作阻力分布特征、初撑力分布特征、末阻力分布特征、M值分布直方图特点和支架运转特性进行分析对比。最终认为,该型号液压支架可以适应该工作面的生产条件;但该液压支架在工作过程中由于操作等原因导致初撑力较低,达不到设计要求;此外,在个别时期个别支架的两柱工作阻力差很大,不能做到同步承载。 In order to analyze the adaptability of the ZY5000/09/20 type hydraulic support at 422 working face and then propose some reasonable suggestions for safe production. First, hydraulic support is divided into 3 survey areas, then gathering and arranging working resistance data of hydraulic support from mechanized mining recorder. Second, working resistance distribution, setting load force distribution, late resistance distribution, features of M value histogram and operation features are analysed about hydraulic support. We concluded that this model can be adapted to the production conditions of the face. But setting load can't reach the design requirements. Furthermore, the difference of working resistance between left column and right column at some supports is very big in the few times, and supporting force can't be synchronized.
