摘要 针对矿用设备对比例电磁阀控制电路的需求现状,设计了一种H桥功率驱动电路为核心的本安型比例电磁阀驱动控制模块。该模块采用MSP430F149作为主控芯片,双路全桥芯片L298N作为功率转换芯片。通过实验证明:该模块能够输出双极性、大小可调的电流,带载能力良好,可以灵活驱动不同比例阀,满足井下采掘设备的集成化和自动化的需求,具有较大实用价值。 The paper designs a proportional electromagnetic valve drive aims at the current need of coalmine equipment for proportional electromagnetic control circuit. Its kernel is H bridge power drive circuit. The module adopts MSP430F149 as its main control chip and dual full bridge chip L298 N as power conversion chip. Detail information about hardware design is introduced in the thesis. Through the experiments it proves that the module can output current which is bipolar, adjustable size. And its load capacity is well, also can drive different proportional valve in order to meet the need of integration and automation for coalmine mining equipment. This module has great practical value.
