型焦生产线控制系统主要由热风炉系统、导热油炉系统、型焦窑炉系统和工控机组成。系统各部分通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线实现DCS控制。系统具有对生产过程数据信号进行采集、处理、控制、显示、报警、报表管理等功能。
