摘要
在传统固定床间歇气化装置上进行了以晋城无烟洗粒煤/晋城无烟小块煤为原料气化的研究。通过操作与工艺指标的调整,最终实现了不同掺烧比例下气化装置的长周期稳定运行。技术经济评价显示,25%为技术经济指标最佳的掺烧比例,从而拓宽了晋城洗粒煤资源的应用领域。
The gasification research on pea coal blending with nut coal was carried out on conventional UGI gasifier. Through optimization on operation and process parameters, long term and stable operation of UGI gasifier was achieved under different blending ratio. The result of Techno-economic evaluation revealed that 25% was the best blending ratio, which has broadened the application area of washed pea coal in Jincheng.
