大峰矿卡布梁采区南山头控制爆破技术研究

Research on Southern Hills Controlled Blasting Technology in Kabuliang Mining Area of Dafeng Mine

宁夏大峰矿卡布梁采区最南部山头距离旁边的炭黑厂仅有30 m,根据大峰矿和炭黑厂的要求,在不影响炭黑厂安全生产的前提下,采用中深孔爆破的方法对采区南部山头进行爆破施工。主要介绍此条件下爆破施工中遇到的难点和技术问题,以及采取的施工方案,在确保炭黑厂安全生产的情况下进行施工,达到了预期的效果。

Kabuliang mining area's southern hills of Dafeng Mine in Ningxia is only thirty meters away from carbon black plant neaby. According to the requirements of Dafeng Mine and carbon black plant,we use the method of medium-deep hole blasting was used in the southern hills blasting without affecting the safety in production of carbon black factory. The difficulties,technical problems and construction method in the condition of blasting construction were mainly introduced. Complet the project and achieve the expected effect with ensureing safety in production of carbon black factory.
