基于螺旋式定量配水输送车的煤矿湿喷技术

摘要 优化设计了螺旋式定量配水输送车,可一次性完成运输、搅拌和精确配水等多项工序,保证水灰比精确配制并能严格阻止不合格物料产生。通过优化湿喷技术操作流程,实现了湿喷工艺全程机械化定量优化,现场使用效果表明,总粉尘浓度1~2 mg/m3,远低于国家标准,具有一定社会效益;直接成本较传统技术节约28.5元,具有很强经济效益。 The optimization design of the spiral of quantitative water transport vehicle.Can complete the transportation,mixing and accurate water distribution,multiple processes,ensure the water cement ratio are prepared accurately and can strictly prevent unqualified material.By optimizing the spraying technology operation processes,the wet spray process mechanization quantitative optimization.Field use shows that,the total dust concentration of 1~2 mg/m3,far lower than the national standard,has certain social benefits.Direct cost than traditional technology to save 28.5 yuan,has the very strong economic benefit.
