Discussion on Structure Optimization of Electronic Control System of Coal Mine Machinery Equipment

针对煤矿机械设备电控系统以电控箱为核心,其现行结构形式存在的问题,介绍了一种新的电控系统结构形式,并论述了其实现的方法及技术优势。这种电控系统新结构形式通过采用信号隔离器减少了复杂的关联,大大提高整个电控系统的通用性、集成性。

For the electrical control system of coal mine machinery equipment uses electric control box as the core,and its control structure has problems,therefore,the methods and technological advantages of a new form of electronic control system architecture are described.A new structure of electrical control system is proposed,which reduces the complexity association by using the signal isolator,and greatly improves the universality and integration of the entire electronic control system.
