摘要 以炼焦煤精煤为研究对象,研究氢气气氛下煤炭的微波辐照脱硫,考察了辐照时间对脱硫率和黏结性的影响。结果显示:煤样的脱硫率随着辐照时间的延长而增高,黏结性指数总体上呈增大趋势。形态硫测定发现,煤中硫铁矿硫含量由0.35%下降到0.09%,降低了74.29%,有机硫含量由2.4%下降到2.27%,降低了5.42%,硫酸盐硫含量基本不变。红外光谱分析发现,辐照后煤样含硫化合物降低,富氢的中小分子化合物含量增加。 The influence of time on desulfurization of coking coal with the combination of microwave and hydrogen was studied.The desulfurization efficiency became stronger as the irradiation time became longer and caking index also showed a trend of increase in total with more irradiation time.According to the determination of the forms of sulfur in coal,it was found that the contents of pyritic sulfur and organic sulfur decreased from 0.35% and 2.4% to 0.09% and 2.27% separately and the content of sulfate sulfur remained about the same.Through the FT-IR spectrum fitting analysis,it was found that the compounds contained S element decreased and medium and small molecular compounds with rich hydrogen content increased.
