摘要
利用一个3 L的高压反应釜,在不同压力下对来自内蒙古的白音华褐煤进行了一系列水热解实验,温度为320℃和350℃,压力在11~17 MPa。并对水热解前后煤样性质进行了分析,分别利用压汞仪和BET分析了原煤和处理后褐煤的孔隙率和比表面积。根据实验结果,研究分析了不同水热解过程条件对处理后煤样(提质煤)性能的影响。结果显示,通过水热解处理后,产物固体的比表面积、内水和氧含量较原煤有明显降低,孔隙率无明显变化。但是,随着压力的升高,产物固体的上述性质无明显变化。
All the experiments were conducted in a 3 L stainless steel reaction kettle.The hydrothermal treatment experiments were conducted on a low rank coal from China under different pressure(11~17MPa) and different temperature(320 ℃,350 ℃).The intra particle porosity and specific surface area of the raw and treated coal were measured by a mercury porosimetry and BET separately.The results suggested that the surface area,the inner water and oxygen content of the treated coals were significantly lower than that of raw coal but the porosity of the products had no big difference.On the other hand,there was no consistent change with the increasing of pressure.
