摘要
为达到客户对煤炭质量(灰分、挥发分、硫分等)的要求,煤炭企业需要将2种或2种以上的煤炭进行仓下混配,需要研究煤炭在煤仓中的落煤、堆积、煤层分布及出煤等问题。通过建立数学模型,分别研究单入料口、单放料口和多入料口、多放料口等情况下煤仓中煤层分布与堆积情况,并进行入放煤实时模拟,以实现煤炭企业准确有效地煤炭入仓和混配装车,满足客户需求。
In order to achieve the requirements of customers for coal quality(ash,volatile matter,sulfur grading),coal companies need to match two or more coal and study of coal off the coal,bulk,coal distribution,and other issues in the coal bunkers.By the mathematical model,studies the coal bunker coal distribution and accumulation in a single feed inlet,single discharge port and multi-feed inlet,put both cases spout.Else,we simulated coal loading and discharge of coal.This can help businesses accurately and efficiently coal warehousing and mixed loading,meeting customer needs.
