摘要
为了尽量减小采空区发火的概率,针对粉煤灰水泥固化材料不能完全有效地接顶,会在充填堵漏材料上部与顶板之间产生漏风裂隙的问题,以粉煤灰为基料,骨料、减水剂、早强剂、稳泡剂为添加剂开发研制了无机固化膨胀充填材料,研究了激发剂、稳泡剂、发泡剂对材料的影响,确定各组分的最佳配比。实验结果为防灭火充填材料研究提供了理论依据。
The probability of an empty area in order to minimize the firing of mining,fly ash for cement solidified material can not be fully effective top pick,problems will arise leakage plugging cracks in the filling material between the upper and roof,a fly ash as the base material,aggregate,water reducer,early strength agent,foam stabilizer additives developed for the expansion of the inorganic filler material. By studying the activator,foam stabilizer,foaming influence on the material,determine the best ratio of each component. The results for the anti-fire filling materials research provides a theoretical basis.
