摘要
针对杜儿坪高瓦斯矿井采区工作面Y形通风方式,开展低位瓦斯抽放巷支护技术研究。井下调研查明底抽巷存在锚杆锚索预应力偏低、锚索超长及帮顶联网脱节等设计缺陷;提出围岩条件、采动应力和地应力是影响其稳定的主要因素,据此设计底抽巷采用高预应力锚网索联合支护技术,数值计算及现场应用表明,采用设计方案底抽巷满足了两面瓦斯的抽采任务,为同类巷道支护提供了参考依据。
According to Y type ventilation way of mining working face in Duerping high gassy mine,carrying out supporting technology research of the low gas drainage roadway. Underground survey found that there were design defects such as initial stress of anchor bars and cables、cable length extra-long and network disconnection to bottom alley pumping; and put forward that the conditions of surrounding rock,mining stress and ground stress are the main factor influencing its stability; Bottom alley pumping designing adoptted high prestressed anchor wire rope combined support technique,numerical calculation and field application showed that roadway met gas extraction task of the two sides,and provided reference for the similar roadway support.
