摘要
传动滚筒的工作状态对带式输送机能否正常运行有直接影响,对其进行受力分析十分必要。介绍滚筒的结构组成,提出滚筒的受力分析模型,在ANSYS中完成结构零件的虚拟模型建立,组装零件得到滚筒结构后,对其网格化划分和荷载施加,通过对滚筒进行有限元分析得到滚筒不同位置的应力分布,根据分析结果进行滚筒材料、结构的优化设计。
The work status of drive roller conveyor can have a direct impact on the conveyor's normal operation and its stress analysis is necessary. Describes the structure of the roller and proposes the roller's stress analysis model. Then build the virtual model of structural parts in ANSYS and assemble parts to get the roller structure. After partitioning its grid and imposing load,expand the finite element analysis of roller to get the stress distribution in different locations. The analysis result is helpful to the optimize the design of roller's material and structure.
