摘要
煤矿采掘机械化使得煤矿作业高产高效,但同时也因增加了井下粉尘产量而恶化井下作业环境。采煤机内外喷雾系统进行喷雾降尘是综采工作面粉尘防治的有效措施,但由于设计与使用等方面的问题,并未达到很好的除尘效果。通过Fluent软件对内喷雾系统降尘喷嘴不同安装位置对其除尘效果的影响进行了数值模拟研究,获得了喷嘴位置的优化设计结果。根据现场应用环境对外喷雾系统的中压喷雾降尘模块及喷嘴结构进行了优化设计,现场试验表明优化后的系统获得了更好的除尘效果。
Mechanization of coal mining has made the coal mines production high yield and high efficiency,but also increased the amount of coal mine dust which worsens underground working environment. Internal and external spray system on shearer is an effective measure for prevention of mechanized mining face dusting,however,dust removing effects are limited due to problems of design and utilization,etc.Influence of different nozzle installation position of internal spray system on the dust removal effect were numerically studied through the Fluent software,thus optimal nozzle position designs are obtained. According to the field environment,medium pressure spraying dust removal module and nozzle structure of external spray systems are optimally designed,and field tests show that the optimized system has better dust removal effect.
