摘要
以红旗煤矿薄煤层群为主要研究对象,进行了薄煤层可刨性分析,计算了刨煤机选型主要参数。并结合技术经济对比,确定了红旗矿薄煤层群刨煤机的型号。结果表明:红旗矿区主采煤层群中厚度0.8-1.8 m、倾角<18°的煤层为易刨煤层,建议采用型号为BH38/2×400的国产刨煤机。基于现场实测的设备故障分析表明:所采用的刨煤机成套设备能较好地适应该条件下薄煤层开采。
Taking multi-thin-seam in Hongqi coal mine area as the main object of the study,coal ploughability is analyzed,and the main parameters of plow selection are calculated. Combined with comparison in technology and economy,the type of plow is finally determined. The result shows that: the seams are easily planed,whose thickness are 0. 8-1. 8 m and angles are less than 18° in mainly mining coal seam group,coal plow BH38/2 × 400 which is produced domestically is recommended. The selected equipments can well suit for thin seam mining of the thickness ranging,according to fault analysis of equipments from field measurement.
