摘要
利用气固两相流相关理论,建立掘进工作面全尺寸3D几何模型,使用FLUENT软件研究了综掘工作面在通风障碍物存在条件下粉尘运移及沉积规律。结果表明:在回风流的影响下,综掘工作面迎头附近呼吸带内粉尘主要分布在远离风筒的煤壁附近;工作面迎头附近粉尘沉积较快,且具有沉积不均匀的特点;随着与工作面迎头距离的增加,粉尘沉积率逐渐降低且沉积均匀。
Based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory and building a 3D model of the heading face,the dust migration and deposition in the condition of obstacle existing were studied with the FLUENT software. The results show that under the influence of the return flow,the dust in the breathing zone near the heading face mainly distributes near the coal wall away from the ventilator. The dust deposits fast and nonuniformly near the heading face. With the distance increasing,the dust deposition reduces gradually and deposits uniformly.
