急倾斜煤层液压支架设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对攀枝花煤业(集团)有限公司太平矿急倾斜煤层机械化水平为零的现状,需要研究一套适应急倾斜伪斜走向长壁综采工作面液压支架。根据太平煤矿11#煤层地质条件,提出急倾斜煤层液压支架的设计要求,确定液压支架的支护强度,进而求出液压支架的工作阻力。研制了ZJY2400/07/17型掩护式急倾斜液压支架,该支架具有可靠的防倒、防滑及调架功能,强抗偏载、抗扭性,配备电液控制系统。通过液压支架的型式试验证明,该支架设计合理,可尽快投入到煤矿井下生产。 According to steep coal seam mechanized level status of zero of Taiping mining coal of Panzhihua coal industry(Group) limited company,it need to study a set of hydraulic support to adapt the steep oblique strike long wall fully mechanized working face. On the basis of the geological conditions of 11#coal seam in Taiping coal mine,design requirements of steep seam hydraulic support was put forward,and supporting intensity of hydraulic support was determined,and finally working resistance of hydraulic support was calculated. ZJY2400/07/17 type shield steep hydraulic support,with features of reliable antidown,anti-slip,adjust support,strong anti-bias load,torsional resistance,and equipped with electro-hydraulic control system,was developed. The type test of hydraulic support show that design of support was reasonable,it could be as soon as possible put into coal mine production.
