摘要
简要介绍了筛分机工艺效果的评价指标,从物料性质、筛面结构参数、振动特性参数、操作条件4个方面分析了影响筛分效率的因素,通过具体实例提出了提高筛分效率的措施,并对振动筛的发展方向进行了展望。
The evaluation indicator of screening technology is briefly described. The factors influencing screening efficiency are analyzed from material properties,screen surface structural parameters,vibration parameters and vibration parameters. The measures for improving the screening efficiency are proposed by specific examples. And at last,the development direction of the vibrating screen is prospected.
