摘要
主要针对采煤机截割部行星齿轮扭转角加速度影响因素进行分析,借助AMESim软件构建截割部传统系统三维模型并对不同齿侧间隙情况下的齿轮副扭转刚度进行计算,通过仿真分析证明,传动系统齿轮间隙对于齿轮扭转角加速度会产生影响,间隙越大,扭转角加速度越大,为进一步优化改进采煤机截割部齿轮设计提供理论参考。
Mainly aimed at the planetary gear torsional angular acceleration of coal winning machine cutting part,analyzes the factors which influence,with the aid of AMESim software,builds the 3d model of the traditional system and the backlash of gear pair torsional rigidity is calculated,through the simulation analysis proves that the gear transmission system gear clearance for torsion Angle acceleration will impact the gap,the greater the torsional angular acceleration,the greater the gear for further optimization to improve coal winning machine cutting part design to provide theoretical reference.
