摘要
建立了外热式煤中低温干馏炉炭化室的传热模型,充分考虑了水分迁移及煤干馏化学反应对传热的影响,模型计算结果与实际吻合良好,并且考察了装煤水分含量和装煤堆密度对传热过程的影响,分析表明随着装煤水分含量的增加及煤料堆密度的减小,炭化室传热效率降低,干馏反应完成时间加长。
Considered the moisture nonlinear evaporation model and the reaction model of coal pyrolysis,a mathematical model was set up to simulate the heat transfer process in the furnace. It is shown that the proposed model is in good agreement with the experimental data. Then the effect of coal moisture content and bulk density on heat transfer was studied,the results show that with the increases of coal moisture content and the decrease of bulk density of coal,the efficiency of the heat transfer in the furnace decreases,so the pyrolysis time lengthen.
