摘要
针对梁宝寺煤矿3308工作面过断层停采期间存在的瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害,分析了导致工作面瓦斯浓度升高及煤自燃征兆的原因。建立了高位钻孔抽放瓦斯及防灭火一体化技术、隅角堵漏控氧技术、采空区注氮防灭火技术为基础的融合治理技术体系,结合工作面的实际情况,分别确定了相应的技术参数。通过现场应用,消除了工作面瓦斯与火复合灾害隐患,取得了良好的治理效果,对类似矿井和工作面具有重要的指导作用。
According to spontaneous combustion of gas and coal during stop mining period of 3308 mining face of Liangbaosi colliery, the phenomenon that the gas density in face rised and spontaneous combustion and its reason was analysised. based on high level borehole gas drainage and mine fire control technology and corner plugging Oxygen control technology and preventing goaf fire by Nitrogen injection, the comprehensive control technology was constructed, according to practical situation, its technical parameter was determined. Through field application, the hidden trouble of spontaneous combustion of gas and coal was eliminate, the regulation effect was good, it has have some significance for the similar mine and face.
