摘要
针对单一、低透性煤层瓦斯抽采浓度低、抽采投入大、抽采效果差的问题,研究了工作面的抽采现状,分析了瓦斯抽采的过程,提出了辅助抽放管联孔瓦斯抽采施工工艺。通过在鹤壁六矿的工业性试验表明:采煤工作面抽采纯量提高了原来的1.2倍,瓦斯抽采浓度提高为原来的1.5倍,在一定程度上缓解了钻场漏气、负压不平衡等问题,实现了高负压、高浓度、大流量高效抽采,提高了瓦斯抽采消突效果。
According to coal seam with low gas permeability's concentration of drainage gas recovery is low, investment is large,the problem of drainage pumping effect is poor, the research of working face drainage situation is necessary. After analysis of gas drainage process, put forward the auxiliary drainage pipe coupling hole gas drainage construction technology. That the industrial test in Hebi Six coal mine shows that the mining working face extraction purity increases by 1.2 times than the original parameters, and concentration of drainage gas recovery increases by1.5 times than original parameters.To some extent,it has a good effect of alleviating drilling field leakage,pressure imbalance and other issues in this way,and it helps to realize high efficiency drainage in the high pressure, high concentration and high flow, improves the effect of gas drainage eliminating outburst.
