摘要 蒋家河ZF201综放工作面自开采以来,采空区CO浓度持续上升,当工作面推进到130 m时,CO浓度已达到463×10-6,工作面有严重的自燃倾向。为了防止ZF201工作面自然发火,通过埋管检测确定了该工作面自然发火区域,进而采用了新型的注氮技术,结合上下隅角设置挡风帘和上隅角注浆综合防灭火措施,使上下隅角及工作面的CO浓度降低到12×10-6以下,并且使采空区的自燃区域转化为惰化区域,成功防止了工作面遗煤自燃,保证了采煤安全,对类似条件下的综放工作面防灭火具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。 Since ZF201 fully mechanized caving face mining, CO concentration continued to rise in goaf, when the face advance to 130 m, CO concentration has reached 463 ×10-6, Face has had severe spontaneous combustion tendency. In order to prevent ZF201 face spontaneous combustion, determined the face spontaneous combustion zone by buried detecting furthermore using a new type of nitrogen injection technology, combined with upper-down corner set up wind screens and upper corner grouting comprehensive fire prevention measures so that the CO concentration of corner and face reduced down to 12 ×10-6or less, and made the spontaneous combustion area transformed into inerting area,successfully preventing residual coal spontaneous combustion of mining face to ensure mining safety,The fire prevention and control of fully mechanized caving face has some theoretical significance and practical value under similar conditions.
