摘要
针对一些煤矿中的倒锥形的矿井回风扩散塔,开展基于倒锥形扩散塔的矿井回风热能利用方式及技术的研究,优化矿井回风热能提取装置。倒锥形扩散塔能够使矿井回风热交换器进出口水温温差保持在较小的数值上,并可降低主要通风机出风口的噪音,减小矿井回风热交换器增加的局部通风阻力。采用理论分析、计算和工程实践相结合,得出以下成果和创新:1针对矿井倒锥形扩散塔形式,开发倒锥形扩散塔回风热能利用工艺,实现倒锥形扩散塔矿井回风热能的有效利用,拓展矿井回风热能利用范围;2优化矿井回风换热器及井筒防冻加热器设计,实现矿井回风热能的深度利用。
The using approach and the recycling technology of return air heat energy of coal mine are studied on the base of inverted conical diffuser. As a result, it can optimize the extraction device for return air heat energy. The following achievements and innovations can be obtained from the connections between theoretical analysis, numerical methods and engineering application. 1 Utilizing technology of return air energy is developed based on the inverted conical diffuser of coal mine.Consequently the return air heat energy used more efficiently, and the using scope of heat energy can be expanded; 2 The more efficient utilization of return air heat energy can become into reality by optimizing the design of return air heat-exchange facility and the well-shaft antifreeze heater.
