摘要
煤矿开采中压风机的使用十分普遍,压风机在清除易燃易爆气体、保持环境中温度、湿度等方面都有积极影响。针对压风机监控系统中信号传输效率低、准确度不足等问题,利用Modbus作为通信系统传输协议,以PLC技术为核心,对传统监控系统进行集控改造。介绍集控系统的整体结构,并对配套的通信系统设计、关键软件模块设计进行具体分析,集控系统能够实时获得压风机工作参数,并将参数显示在控制中心,监控效果良好。
