基于物联网架构的煤炭仓储环境温度湿度监控系统设计

摘要 我国煤炭产量巨大,煤炭仓储管理不规范,影响了煤炭产品质量,也容易出现安全事故。煤炭仓储管理需要时刻注意环境中的温度、湿度等信息,以物联网为核心,设计温度、湿度监控系统,实现对仓储环境的及时监控。介绍监控系统总体结构,并对其硬件结构和软件结构进行详细阐释,分析关键技术原理。监控系统自动化程度高,使用方便,能够提高煤炭仓储管理质量,有着良好的发展前景。 Our country's coal production is huge, and coal storage management is not standardized,impacting coal product quality, which is also prone to accidents. Coal warehouse management need to always pay attention to environmental temperature, humidity and other information. Takes things as the core, to design temperature and humidity control system to achieve timely warehousing environment monitoring. Introduce monitoring system structure, elaborate on its hardware and software architecture,and analyze the key technical principles. The control system is easy to use and has high degree of automation, which can improve the quality of the coal warehouse management and have good prospects for development.
