摘要
转子轴承系统作为综采设备的动力提供端,该系统发生故障会影响整个设备的运行,为了研究转子轴承系统的故障对电动机定子电流的影响,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了以电磁转矩为纽带的异步电动机与机械转子系统机电耦合模型,模拟系统发生不对中、不平衡等故障并分析定子电流信号的特征。研究表明:建立的机电耦合模型可以研究转子轴承系统在故障激励下定子电流的特性,通过激励频率的不同能够辨别转子轴承系统的故障。该模型的建立为改进转子系统动力学和故障诊断提供了新的理论依据。
Rotor bearing system as the power of fully mechanized mining equipment. Fault will affect the whole operation of system, in order to study the relationship between current and fult. Simulation modeling using MATLAB/Simulink software, analog when the failure happen on the rotor bearing system and observe the change of the stator current signal in the event of misalignment, imbalance,bearing raceway wear.Research shows that,the electromechanical coupling model can find the characteristics of rotor bearing systemunder the excitation of the stator current in the fault, through the different excitation frequency to identify failure of rotor bearing system.The model provides a new theoretical basis for fault diagnosis and improvement of the rotor systemdynamics.
