采用齿形啮合式的方法连接破碎机锤头的柄部和头部,其柄部和头部分别采用高锰钢和合金高铬铸铁经消失模铸造而成,该工艺能够取代镶嵌铸造的方法生产中、小型的破碎机锤头。制作工艺实现了锤头的柄部长时间使用,锤头的头部快速更换。节约金属材料,提高生产效率。
