Application of New Portable Injection Pump in Guhanshan Coal Mine

为解决古汉山煤矿瓦斯抽采浓度低的难题,在分析封孔工艺基础上,研制了一套高效节能的新型便携式四柱塞注浆泵,同时输送2种封孔化学浆液,严格按1:1比例混合。注浆泵输出压力高,排出的高压浆液对钻孔内裂隙充填密实,堵死漏气通道,与传统封孔注浆泵相比,效率高,封孔质量好,所封钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度高,为煤矿瓦斯抽采,提供了一套既安全可靠,又节能环保的封孔机械设备。

For solving the problem of the low concentration of gas extraction in Guhanshan coal mine,we develop a efficient portable four-ram injection pump based on analyzing sealing process, transporting two sealing chemical seriflux with 1:1 mixture. The pump has the high output pressure, can compact the fracture in bore with the high pressure seriflux and block the air leakage passage. Comparing the old one, the pump is efficient, high quality and can get the high concentration of gas extraction in the sealing borehole. It is a safe and reliable and efficient mechanical equipment for hole sealing
