摘要
为充分利用矿山废弃物矸石和粉煤灰,对矸石胶结充填开采进行研究,认为材料配比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶尾砂∶矸石骨料∶水=3.7∶1∶3.8∶29.6∶9.5,其中早强剂的添加量为整体质量的1.3%。实验表明,在该配比下矸石胶结材料具有足够的稳定性和较强的抗压性。
In order to take full advantage of coal mine waste gangue and coal ash, gangue cemented backfilling technology was studied,adding early strength agent amount 1.3% of the overall weight,material ratio of cement, coal ash ∶tailings ∶coal gangue aggregate ∶water =3.7 ∶1 ∶3.8 ∶29.6 ∶9.5.Experiment results show that under the ratio researched of coal gangue cemented material has sufficient stability and strong resistance to pressure.
