摘要
以潘一矿1241(3)综采工作面为对象,首先用岩层质量指数法求出顶板的岩层质量,顶板第1层属于质量"坏"的岩层:顶板第2层为质量"一般"的岩层。应用专家系统法算出工作面直接顶厚度,直接顶由第1层顶板和第2层顶板的一部分组成。然后再求出直接顶初次垮落步距和悬顶距,直接顶第1层初次垮落步距和直接顶第2层初次垮落步距相差不大,由于复合直接顶岩层质量为"坏",因此悬顶距较小。最后推断出直接顶的垮落方式,直接顶的2层同时垮落。研究直接顶的运动参数为工作面顶板控制提供了依据。
Based on Panyi coal mine 1241(3) full mechanized working face,firstly uses the metood of stratum quality index to figure out the stratum quality of roof,the first layer of roof belongs to the 'bad'quality, the second layer of roof belongs to the 'general' quality. Secondly caculates the thickness of direct roof with expert system method,direct roof consists of the first layer of roof and a part of the second layer of roof. Then figures out the first direct roof caving step and the length of hanging roof,the first caving step gap between the first layer of roof and the second layer of roof is not large,as the compound direct roof belongs to the 'bad' quality,so the length of hanging roof is small. At last,the caving method of direct roof is inferred,the two layers of direct collapse at the same time. Thus the parameters of direct roof provides a basis for roof control.
