摘要
煤尘是矿山五大灾害之一,对矿山的生产、安全建设及煤矿工人的身体健康都有影响。由于打钻过程中煤尘较大,且现有除尘器除尘效果不理想,在现有除尘器的基础上进行优化、升级和改造,把孔外集尘改为孔内加湿除尘,提高了除尘效率,改善了打钻工作条件,降低了煤尘对矿工的伤害,有效地保障了矿井安全生产。且改进后的除尘器使用方便,便于维修。
Coal dust is one of the five major mining disasters, coal dust on mine production,construction safety and health of miners affected.Based on the drilling process, a large coal dust, and the existing precipitator dust is not ideal, optimization, upgrade and transform the existing dust on the outside of the hole to hole humidification dust removal, improved collection efficiency, improved drilling working conditions, reduce coal dust miners injury, and improved ease of use after the dust collector for easy maintenance. Effective guarantee the mine safety production.
