摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件,对5.5 m捣固装煤车三维模型进行模态分析,得出其一阶振型和固有频率,同时设计了捣固装煤车的现场振动测试方案,并对测点实测数据进行了分析处理;通过测试数据和模态分析数据进行比较分析,检验有限元模型的准确性,对捣固装煤车模型进行了检验和修正;修正的有效模型为捣固装煤车结构振动特性设计提供了基础。
