摘要
依据国家及煤炭行业相关标准,利用DPS自动控制与微机数据采集技术完成煤矿防爆电器开关接通与开断检验装置的总体设计方案。装置采用模拟负载阻抗,实现对煤矿防爆电器开关在正常工作和短路状态下最大负荷开断能力检验,同时检验上述状态下能否可靠开断供电线路且产品不发生触头熔焊、拉弧及其他可引起电气绝缘降低的现象。
According to the related national and the coal industrial standard, DPS automatic control and microcomputer data acquisition technology were applied to achieve overall design scheme of connecting and breaking test device of coal mine explosion-proof electric switch. Simulated load impedance was used in the device, realizing the maximum load breaking capacity test of coal mine explosion-proof electric switch in both normal and short-circuit condition, which also test whether on-off power supply line is reliable, which ensures that the product does not occur contact welding, arc and other states that can decrease electrical insulation.
