摘要
目前煤矿掘进机多采用整体式履带板,由驱动轮直接驱动,虽然履带板有MT/T579-1996悬臂式掘进机履带板及其销轴标准设计,但其某些重要的啮合参数以及驱动轮的具体结构和参数无相应标准约束,分析该种啮合方式的关键参数,以提高该类传动结构的综合使用寿命。
At present, many coal mine roadheader adopts the integral type track plate, directly driven by the drive wheel, while the crawler plate design standards of MT/T579-1996 roadheader track plate and pin shafts, but some important meshing parameters and the driving wheel of the concrete structure and parameters without the corresponding standard constraints, analyses the key parameters of this kind of engagement to way, improve the comprehensive service life of the transmission structure.
