摘要
传统天车主要依靠司机驾驶操作控制方式简单、定位精度有限、操作复杂,提出了采用PLC作为控制器,结合条码定位技术、接近开关定位监测技术、齿轮齿条编码技术,组成定位监测系统。通过条码定位器和齿轮齿条编码器实现实时收集天车位置和速度信息,使控制器能准确快速的对天车运动进行调整,通过将接近开关定位监测与控制器连接,使控制器能准确判断天车是否到达指定位置。通过这一整套定位控制方式的选取和研究最终实现天车运行时的准确和自动化。
Traditional crane controlling in the use of simple, limited precision, complex to operate,proposes the use of PLC as a controller, with BPS technology and proximity switches positioning monitoring technology and rack and pinion positioning technology, composition positioning monitoring system. By collecting real-time information from the BPS and rack and pinion positioning technology about the crane position and velocity information, the controller can be quickly and accurately adjust the movement of the crane. By connecting the proximity switch monitor to the controller, the controller can accurately know whether crane arrived at the designated location. Through selecting and researching this set of positioning control mode, ultimately it can accurate and automate running.
