摘要
设计研制一种满足MQT系列锚杆钻机试验运行要求的专用回转试验台,利用制动器加载方式实现计算机转矩转速数据采集和手动控制,通过对锚杆钻机进行稳固,实现对推进力的分级测量和钻岩速度的检测,以确保煤矿井下锚杆支护及凿岩爆破的速度与质量。
Designed a special rotary test bed meet requirements of MQT series anchor rig test operation, the realization of computer data acquisition and manual control of torque and speed by brake loading mode, through the anchor rig was stable, the realization of the propulsive force grading measurement and rock drilling speed detection, to ensure that the coal mine of bolting and drilling and blasting speed and quality.
