摘要
贝勒煤矿地质条件极其复杂,为了缩短工作面回撤与安装时间,将传统的装车搬运方式改为在自制滑道上直接拖运设备的方式,实现综采支架整体快速转运,节省进空车、装车、卸车、出空车工序所需时间,避免了原回撤与安装工艺中可能出现的跑车、掉道事故,有效地提高了作业的安全性,间接地提高了矿井的生产效益。
The geological feature of Beile coal mine is extremely complicated. In order to shorten the retracement and installation time, change the traditional way of truck loading and carrying into self-controlled towage, making the coal mining transfer speedly, saving the time of truck loading and unloading. It also avoids car running and derailing accident under the former way of retracement and installation. Above all it enhances the security, and indirectly enhances the productivity of the coal mine.
