摘要 分析了选煤领域典型的煤泥水处理工艺存在的问题和不足,结合保德选煤厂实际情况,提出了基于粗煤泥掺配的一段浓缩两段回收工艺。该工艺将浓缩池底流和粗煤泥共同给入沉降过滤离心机进行一段处理,沉降过滤离心机的滤液直接作为板框压滤机的入料进行处理,不再返回浓缩池。采用该工艺后,板框压滤机及沉降过滤离心机水分均得到了降低,粗细煤泥水分合计降低2.03%,沉降过滤离心机回收率提高了11.89%,对-0.045 mm细煤泥的回收率提高了12.90%,水分降低后回掺至混煤,商品煤总体水分可降低0.4%,煤泥水处理系统压力明显降低,取得了良好的效果。 Through a comprehensive analysis the shortcomings of the typical coal slurry treatment in the coal preparation plant, and also combination with the actual situation in the Baode plant,puts forward a new technology of coal slurry mixed with coarse slime treatment using one step concentration and two steps recycling. This technology puts the thickener underflow and coarse slime together into the Screen Bowl Centrifuge for the first step treatment, the filter of the Screen Bowl Centrifuge goes into the plate and frame filter press. With this technology, the water content of the filter have decreased, the water content of the total slime decreased by 2.03%, the recovery of the Screen Bowl Centrifuge increased by11.89%,the recovery of-0.045 mm fine coal increased by 12.90%, the total slime mixed with product coal decreased the water content by 0.4%.And also this technology significantly reduces the pressure in the coal slurry treatment and achieves a good result.
