Design of Coal Preparation Process of Huoshiju Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant

分析了火石咀煤矿选煤厂的煤质及可选性,对选煤厂整体工艺系统进行了分析,确定采用块煤斜轮重介+中块原煤三产品旋流器重介+末煤不入洗的工艺流程,并对各工艺特点进行了详细分析,经过生产实践,表明该流程具有灵活性强,流程简便、生产环节少,分选效果好等特点。

Analyzes the coal quality and washability of huoshiju coal mine coal preparation plant,analyzes the whole process of coal preparation plant system, and determines to use the process of the inclined lifting wheel separator for the lump coal + three product dense medium cyclone for medium sized lumps raw coal +not to wash the fine coal, and analyses the each characteristics of process in detail, through production practice, it is shown that this process has strong flexibility, simple process,less production, good separation effect.
