基于改进EVA模型的我国煤炭企业国际化项目投资评价分析

Analysis of Investment Project Evaluation on Chinese Coal Enterprises ′Internationalization Based on EVA Model Improved

运用EVA理论知识,考虑到不同国家的投资风险不同,通过引入国家投资风险系数,对传统EVA评价模型做进一步的修正与完善,提出基于风险调整的煤炭企业国际化投资项目评价模型。选取了全球25个主要产煤国作为投资目标市场,结合国内外权威机构的统计数据的比较分析,完成对投资目标国投资项目的评价与分析,旨在为我国煤炭企业的国际化项目的选择提供参考依据。

Using the EVA theoretical knowledge, taking into account the different investment risks in different countries, by introducing the national investment risk factor, the traditional EVA evaluation model is further amended and improved. And establishes the model of the investment project evaluation based on the risk-adjusted in the coal enterprise internationalization, and selects the twenty-five world's major coal-producing countries as the investment object markets. On this basis, combined with the comparative analysis of statistical data from the authorities at home and abroad, completes the evaluation and analysis of the investment projects. The aim is to provide the references for the choice of the international investment project.
