东庞矿大倾角大采高综采技术与工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以东庞矿大倾角大采高煤层开采为例,理论分析大倾角工作面矿压规律及支架受力特征,提出了支架稳定性极限开采角的概念。研发了支架模型可加载试验台,相似模拟了支架的宽高比、支架所受载荷。最后现场实测了支架重心位置,得到倾角与重心的关系,从而最终确定了"双向倾斜工作面"5 m大采高综采技术与支架稳定性开采工艺,并在多个工作面推广,取得了巨大经济效益。 Based on the Dongpang coal large inclination of large mining height are broken coal seam mining as an example, the theoretical analysis of large tilt angle face mine pressure regularity and the characteristics of support force puts forward the concept of mining support stability limit angle. Model developed stents can load test bench, similar to simulate the bracket, bracket by width to height ratio of the load. Center position, finally the measured the stents have angle and center of gravity, which ultimately determines the 'two-way tilt face' 5 m large mining height are broken fully mechanized mining technology, the technology and support stability and in multiple faces made great economic benefits.
