摘要
针对柏林煤矿开采K24极薄煤层采煤工作面工作空间小、运输困难、劳动强度大、回采工效低等难题,提出了采用普通机械化采煤的技术思路,研究了机采工作面设备选型、三机配套和组织管理问题。试验结果表明:机采工作面配套设备选型合理,相关设备满足实际需要;机采工作面不仅减少了工作面人数,提高了原煤产量和回采工效,而且大大改善了采煤工作面顶板条件,杜绝了重伤及以上事故的发生,取得了显著的经济效益和安全效益。
Aim to small working space, difficult transporting, high labor intensity, low stopping efficiency in extremely thin coal seam K24 working face of Bolin coal mine, puts forward the idea of conventionally-mechanized mining technology, researches on the match of three-machines, equipments selection and organization management. The experimental results show: equipments selection is reasonable, the related equipments such as support, off-pan shearer and scraper conveyor meet actual needs, the conventionally-mechanized mining technology reduces not only the miners number in the working face, increases the raw coal production and recovery efficiency, and improves greatly the roof conditions in the working face, serious injuries and fatal accidents are completely eradicated, obtains remarkable economic effects and safety benefits.
