摘要 综合运用理论分析、数值计算和现场实测对阜康一号井A2煤层顶煤冒放性进行分析,研究了不同地质因素的影响,并对顶煤冒放性进行分类。研究结果表明:根据理论计算结果,A2煤层顶煤冒放性属Ⅰ类,冒放性极好;底煤采出后下位顶板及待放落顶煤均进入塑性状态,工作面后方其位移突然增大,顶煤基本上可以冒落。实际生产中,工作面中部顶煤能够及时冒落,基本未形成煤拱,冒落顶煤块度适中,放顶煤工作取得良好效果,验证了所用研究方法的可行性和正确性,可为其他类似地质条件的放顶煤开采研究提供借鉴。 The top coal caving ability of A2 coal seam in Fukang No.1 coal mine was evaluated using theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field measurement comprehensively. The influence of different geological factors was studied and the top coal caving ability was classified. The results show that: the caving ability of top coal of A2 coal seam is Ⅰ according to the theoretical calculation and the caving ability is extremely good; the lower roof and the top coal to be caved both enters plastic state when the bottom coal is mined out; the displacement of the lower roof and top coal behind the working face increases abruptly, namely the top coal could cave basically. In the practical production, the top coal of the middle face could cave timely; no coal arch forms basically and the caved top coal block size is moderate which verifies the practicability and validity of the adopted research technique. It could provide reference to the research on top coal caving with similar geological condition.
