大采高综放开采截割高度的确定

摘要 大采高工作面截割高度的确定受很多因素的影响,以塔山矿101工作面开采条件为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟及工程实测研究手段,研究了不同截割高度下煤壁片帮、支架工作阻力以及顶煤运移规律和回收率。研究结果表明:支架工作阻力、煤壁破坏程度、顶煤冒放性和截割高度呈非线性的正相关,顶煤回收率则随截割高度的增大先增加后减小;综合煤壁稳定性、支架选型、顶煤冒放性及采出率确定101工作面截割高度为5 m是合理的。 Having influenced by many factors, the determination of cutting height is always a difficulty,taking the panel 101 of Tashan mine as background, the working resistance of support, the stability of coal wall, the top-coal migration and recovery at different cutting height are studied by using FLAC3 D numerical simulation and field practice. The result shows that the support working resistance, the stability of coal wall, top-coal migration positively correlate with the cutting height, which is not a linear relation,with the increase of cutting height,the top-coal recovery shows a trend of increases first and then decrease. Considering that the working resistance of support, the stability of coal wall, the top-coal migration and recovery, a cutting height of 5 m for the panel 101 is reasonable.
