摘要
基于大采高综放工作面顶板初次垮落步距大、对采场安全危害严重的特点,以斜沟煤矿23103工作面为工程背景,系统研究了大采高综放工作面顶板的初次破断规律。研究表明,支架支护强度对顶板断裂失稳的控制作用是有限的,顶板断裂失稳受顶板断裂长度的影响显著,采用减小悬顶长度的方法可对顶板进行控制。通过分析,确定在使用15 000 k N工作阻力支架的前提下,30 m为基本顶的初采预裂步距。
Based on the characteristics of the large initial caving interval and the harm to the working face safety in primary full mechanized caving face with large mining height,in the engineering background of Xiegou 23103 working face,systematically study the roof initial breaking law in full mechanized caving face with large mining height. Research shows that the control effect of the supporting strength on roof instability is limited,roof instability is affected significantly by interval length,the roof can be controlled by reducing the hanging length.in the premise of using working resistance of support by 15 000 k N,30 m is determined as the intial pre splitting interval for basic roof with the simulation.
