坚硬顶板巷内切顶留巷与密闭技术的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对坚硬顶板沿空留巷顶板难以及时切落、巷道围岩难以控制的问题,采用数值模拟、现场试验相结合的方法,分析了巷内小结构围岩变形破坏机理及控制方式,提出了"时空协调组合支护"的留巷支护理念,研发了巷内组合滑移桁架切顶系统和柔性阻燃垫层密闭布帘,能够顺利切断采空区直接顶和下位老顶,实现采空区的良好密闭。井下工业性试验表明,巷道变形以底鼓为主,底鼓量150 mm,两帮移近量为120 mm,顶板基本没有离层。 For tight roof difficult promptly cut off and the entry difficult to control in gobside retain entry, using the methods of numerical calculation and the combination of field and test, the road-in cutting roof way and parameters were obtained. Analysis the surrounding rock deformation and failure mechanics and control way of road-in small structure, and the space-time coordinate resultant supporting idea was proposed. The road-in slip combination cutting –off roof system and flexible flame closed cushion were developed. The field tests showed that the floor heave was the main deformation,the floor heave is 150 mm, two sides convergence was 120 mm, it was basically no separation in roof.
